Emily Moon River Lodge and Yoga Experience (previously Go Yoga) are holding two Yoga & Health Retreats in August. Treat yourself to 3 days of luxury, yoga, meditation, relaxation and exploration, from either 7 – 10 August or 20 – 23 August 2015.

Tucked away along the bends of the Bitou River in Plettenberg Bay, Emily Moon River Lodge becomes a backdrop to your tale of both escape and mindfulness. Relish a 3 night stay in our 4-star boutique hotel and dine on the finest vegetarian cuisine in the Garden Route.

Deepen your practise with Sally Flanagan Gutjahr’s mindful and authentic approach to yoga and enjoy a session of integrated massage therapy with Joy Harrow.

During your free time explore Plettenberg Bay’s world-class beaches, tan by the pool or choose from a range of activities such as canoeing, mountain biking, hiking and bird watching.
