Larry has personally selected the new wine list after a lengthy tasting process. His final selections have been made with his food and potential pairings therewith in mind. Food and experimentation with flavour is Larry’s passion followed closely by his passion for wine and it’s role in the complimenting and balancing of a meal. He has chosen winemakers and estates that share this passion, not necessarily big names but instead offering a broad spectrum of options across the price range, with each having being carefully considered relative to his menu.
