The team personally select the new wine list after a lengthy tasting process. Final selections are made with the food and potential pairings therewith in mind. We have chosen winemakers and estates which are not necessarily big names so offer a broad spectrum of options across the price range, with each having being carefully considered relative to the style of menu.
